Hi everyone, my name is Francesco Dambra, I'm 20 years old, I'm a university student of motor sciences in Milan, I'm quite young but my motor experience baggage is very wide and this allows me to always be on hand to help you whatever yours is. request or question.

My Sport History ( SH )
I began to enter the world of sport at the age of 5 playing soccer, unfortunately being a late child both in terms of coordination and cognitive development I could not understand sport and its essence well. In addition to football in my developmental age I practiced both swimming and karate and besides not being good in these disciplines my old instructors often mortified me for the various mistakes I made, this insinuated many insecurities in my unconscious. On the other hand, I never gave up football, when I was 12 I learned difficult and important aspects of communication through team sport from which I still benefit today, and I also began to have the feeling of being able to get to know my character which for all those years has been dormant within me. Over the years, thanks to a gaming experience with semi-professional clubs, in addition to being technically and tactically improved, all those aptitudes that allow me to face life head-on were cultivated in me, which still accompany me in my growth path. .
Now I want to highlight a seminal relationship that changed my life.
with this graph I relate my motor evolution and the growth of my character based on the stages of my developmental age. From which we can note that initially only after the acquisition of the basic motor patterns around the age of 8 I was able to improve in motor activity and consequently the emotional and character sphere improved in turn, reaching it equally in the end of the adolescent stage.
CONCLUSION:
From being shy, unfriendly and listless in any discipline thanks to educators who have been able to understand me, wait for me, scold me and compliment me at the right moment, I have managed to change my habits and attitudes.
From my life experience what I impose on myself when I am in contact with any client is to seek a bond from which a sharing of values can arise that allows me to carry out my work in the best possible way, as well as clearly offering a high level of professionalism with continuous studies for improve my methods and my advice.
